Please include your Order Number when contacting us. You will find your order number in the order confirmation email you received.

Delivery Policy

Where we deliver to: We currently only deliver to addresses in Gauteng.

We will deliver within 5 days of receiving stock and confirming orders. Our chickens are slow grown, pasture-raised and 100% natural, therefore our stock levels may change from time to time.

Orders outside of Gauteng: If you live outside of Gauteng, you can order one of our boxes. But you will need to arrange for your own delivery, at your own cost.

How your box will arrive

Frozen is the new Fresh! Our products are all delivered frozen, it is our healthy clients’ responsibility to ensure all products are kept frozen after delivery.

Delivery Cost

Deliveries in Gauteng: Free delivery to addresses in Gauteng.

Deliveries to other provinces in South Africa: Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries outside of Gauteng at the moment. If living outside of Gauteng, you can place an order and arrange for your own delivery, at your own cost. Arranging for delivery will be your responsibility.

International deliveries: Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any address outside of South Africa.

Methods of Payment

When checking out, we offer the following methods of payment:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer: Make a payment directly into our bank account. You will receive our bank details when checking out and by email after you have placed the order. Please send proof of payment to, using the Order Number as the reference. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared in our account.
  2. Pay securely online using PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway: When checking out, choose PayFast as your payment method. You will then be able to pay online using your debit or credit card; Instant EFT or Zapper.
